El Cajon police say unarmed black man pointed vape at officer before he was shot to death
Never call the cops if you have a friend or relative who has mental health issues and requires help. You're likely to get them killed - and then blamed for their own death for not complying. There needs to be a 911 style number that can send help that does not include the cops.
