Is This Virginia Police Department Popping The Hoods On Cop Cars To Block Dashcams?
I have never seen a cop car in Florida with the hood up and it gets hotter here than Iowa. This seems like either cargo cult car care handed down by older cops with older cars that might have overheated or plausible deniability to block the dash came.
