Smallville and the Legion of Superheroes

I'm not a regular watcher of Smallville, but I will watch this. [Link]

it looks shockingly good. I wish it was a big mystery why, but the answer is pretty simple: Geoff Johns, DC scribe extraordinaire, wrote the episode, which will bring some of the Legion of Superheroes to..well, Metropolis, since that's where 99% of the show takes place now. The cool thing about this cameo--besides being another bone for the comics nerds--is that because the Legion comes from the future and knows all about Superman, it actually brings Clark closer to his eventual destiny, and thus allows character development.
