Comic Day

Countdown 39
Momentum has finally been reached. I'm not sure where it is going, but I'm along for the ride.

Fantastic Four 548
The Frightful Four have made their move, capturing Sue and apparently killing Reed. Not so fast. T'Challa has a plan. I like the interaction with Storm and T'Challa and the rest of the team.

Justice Society of America 8
A history of Liberty Belle. Nice character moments with her, Damage and Hourman. The sense of history is what really draws me to the book.

Ms. Marvel 18
guest starring Aaron Stack, the Machine Man, last seen in Nextwave. Just for that alone it is worth a read. Read now, fleshy ones!

The New Avengers Illuminati 4
Lots of character moments and how each member of the Illuminati relates to the women in their lives. Plus, a connection with the Marvel Boy limited series by Grant Morrison.

New Warriors 3
Looks like Speedball wasn't the only survivor of Stamford. Night Thrasher didn't leave a body. The police are on the trail of the money and Wolverine stops by to see Jubilee.

She-Hulk 20
Jennifer finalizes her divorce, and other plot points are finished up in preparation for Peter David taking over.

Thor 2
Thor recreates Asgard; in Oklahoma. When it is pointed out to him that he doesn't own the land it is on, he makes it hover 10 feet off the ground and buys the land with a truckload of gold. The neighbors want to drop by, make him feel welcome, maybe invite him to church. Thor is going in search of the lost inhabitants of Asgard.

Welcome to Tranquility 9
Zombies and a magic gunfighter fueled by hate. what's not to like?

World War Hulk 3
The Army steps in ... and does about as well as you'd think. Madison Square Garden is turned into a gladiatorial arena. Plus, Strange Smash! that was so not what I was expecting.
