This is an example of satire becoming reality. A pseudo-cone of silence for phone conversations.Oh, hey, I didn't see you there. What's what? Oh this! Why, it's my very own Pentaphone Isolation Space. It cuts down on ambient noise so I'm not distracted and keeps people from butting into my conversation.
Of course people aren't butting in — you look crazy! Designed by Robert Stadler of Austria, the Pentaphone is designed to allow people a private space of their own to duck into when their cell phone rings.
