Who will be the next Captain America?

My guess is Bucky, the Winter Soldier, but the Red Skull would be a surprise. Hawkeye has aready turned it down, No way on Tony Stark (no mustache), USAgent (already done and it didn't turn out well) and Union Jack is too British.
