Wow, they're actually going to read their own bill! The Washington Post story implies that they will read it not to see if it's a good idea, but to help them "sell" it to voters. And they sound so proud!Do they want a cookie?

On one hand, it's tempting to count this as good news, considering how often Congress does not read its own bills,
