That's chutzpah, isn't it? Even the unions know this stupid law will put people out of work. It's a naked attempt to force employers to allow workers to unionize. Thing is, you can ask for anything you want. If the answer is yes, yay for you. If somebody displays some cojones and says no, the unions are no worse off. They probably won't say no, though, or a ridiculous bill like this wouldn't have passed in the first place.
