A good start, but we need to reexamine what force is permissible by police. We need to weed out those cops who are only interested in throwing their weight around and get more cops who are trained to deescalate situations. This guy should never have been involved in the situation at all as the resource officer is there for criminal offenses, and no matter which way you spin it, annoying a teacher is not a criminal offense.
