The Grand Jury in the Tamir Rice Case Did Not Take a Vote on Charges
So this was all smoke and mirrors. A scam. A way to look like something was being done while making sure that nothing would be done. Cops will keep killing people for no good reason until sone go to hair for that. But to do so, these cases have to go to trial.
