Yeah, that's bs. That is right there with the in story excuse that Hydra isn't actually a nazi organization, they were just co-opted by them. Their kind of fascist (and the kind of fascist that Captain America is now) is completely different than the nazi fascists. This is why I don't read Captain America anymore.
