Police body cam footage of man tased in back prompts $110K settlement
I am always confused when a settlement is given and the cops say there was no wrongdoing on their part. If there was no wrongdoing, why are you settling? We all know there was wrongdoing, but the rules are written such that cops can do almost anything and it will be given a thumbs up.
