"I'll keep doing that until I run out of batteries" Tennessee sheriff's deputies torture teenager with stun gun
How can this be justified at all? I await cop apologists to offer reasons why the deputies were fearful for their lives against this restrained teenager and how he kept repeatedly attacking their stun gun, using up the batteries in the process.
