iTunes DRMless files and privacy

I don't understand why people are getting upset with the fact that the new DRM free files that Apple sells, (encoded at a higher bitrate as well), contains your personal information. These are private files that should only be seen by you. The only reason I can see for being upset with this is if you were planning to put them on a P2P network.

And I would think that, being an unencumbered file, one could strip out said identifying information.
